Requirements
- Strong SQL skills for analysis, transformation, and data modeling.
- Experience using dbt for data transformation and modeling.
- Intermediate Python or R skills for occasional statistical analysis.
- Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reporting systems.
- Ability to perform A/B testing and multivariate analysis, including work on retention or ETA.
- Ability to work independently and set high standards for analytical work.
- Ability to partner with product managers, researchers, and other business stakeholders.
- Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot in daily analytical work.
- Ability to connect analysis to business needs and decisions.
- Upload an English resume with the application.
Responsibilities
- Analyze marketplace data to identify gaps, insights, and optimization opportunities across supply, demand, pricing, and service quality.
- Run analyses ranging from A/B tests to multivariate models on retention or ETA.
- Work with product managers, researchers, and business stakeholders on prioritization, assessments, and business recommendations.
- Create and maintain reporting systems and dashboards, ensuring metrics are trusted, current, organized, and actionable.
- Build clean, documented datasets and models in the data warehouse using dbt.
- Help stakeholders answer routine questions through self-serve reports and easy-to-use datasets.
- Document data and reporting, and provide training to make analysis easier to consume.
- Use analysis to inform stakeholder decisions and identify specific actions the business should take.
