Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program or project management experience.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to independently lead large-scale, technically complex customer programs with high levels of ambiguity.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Experience in stakeholder management, risk management, and program execution at scale.
- Ability to translate customer needs into structured requirements and influence product and engineering roadmaps.
- Expertise in at least two of these domains, with working proficiency across others: data centers; industrial controls and automation systems; HVAC and mission-critical cooling systems; AI / Machine Learning applications in industrial environments.
- Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and risk management frameworks.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills focused on scalable, repeatable processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex customer programs, from kickoff through long-term support.
- Define timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans across concurrent initiatives.
- Guide customers through technical and operational challenges and provide strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate with engineering and product teams to configure and deliver customer solutions to site requirements.
- Communicate program updates, technical concepts, and risks to stakeholders, including executive stakeholders.
- Identify delivery risks and inefficiencies, and lead improvements to playbooks and processes.
- Align evolving customer needs with product and company direction, and provide structured feedback for product development.
- Establish program management practices for documentation, onboarding, and delivery frameworks.
- Maintain program documentation, including progress records, customer decisions, technical requirements, and customer-facing materials.
- Mentor other TPMs and adapt Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to program complexity and customer requirements.
