SalaryThe base salary range for this position is: $217,000 — $303,900 USD. In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission.

Requirements
- Staff-level product experience owning meaningful consumer surfaces or systems with measurable user impact.
- Exceptional product judgment across user intuition, problem framing, prioritization, UX judgment, and product taste.
- Track record leading ambiguous zero-to-one or major product-evolution work from strategy through launch and learning.
- Experience building AI/ML-powered products.
- Fluency in model evaluation and product/model tradeoffs.
- Strong analytical judgment, including defining metrics, interpreting evidence, and changing direction when needed.
- Cross-functional leadership with Engineering, Data Science/ML, Design, Safety, and partner teams in ambiguous, technically complex spaces.
- Community, social, creator, UGC, trust/safety, or moderation product experience is a plus.
- Experience with ML-heavy consumer surfaces or policy-sensitive AI experiences is a plus.
- Experience replacing mature systems with a new product paradigm in complex, matrixed organizations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-impact opportunities to evolve community enforcement and moderator workflows, and turn them into product strategy and a roadmap.
- Lead zero-to-one development of LLM-powered moderation experiences.
- Build understanding of moderators, community members, and healthy community dynamics, and translate insights into product experiences.
- Define success metrics and model and product evaluation criteria tied to user value, community health, and company strategy.
- Evaluate AI/ML quality across precision, recall, error costs, coverage, latency, failure modes, human review, and feedback loops.
- Assess tradeoffs involving community health, moderator trust, user trust, safety, and product quality.
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science/ML, Design, Safety, Consumer, and senior leaders to drive execution.
- Communicate strategy, decisions, tradeoffs, and learning to executive stakeholders.
