- Demonstrate the ability to mentor and grow more junior engineers.
- Have experience setting and driving best practices.
Responsibilities
- Work with product and ML engineers to explore problem spaces and devise solutions to customer problems.
- Prototype ideas and influence product strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on iterative plans to improve APIs and architecture.
- Develop backend systems that support data and AI solutions with product engineers and partners.
- Create technical and execution strategies for new projects and drive hands-on implementation.
- Identify areas for improvement and champion best practices in product development, engineering architecture, and testing.
- Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews.
- Mentor and grow more junior engineers.
