Requirements

  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have an interest in civil liberties, education, healthcare, the arts, or nonprofit operations.
  • Be detail-oriented and organized, and be comfortable managing multiple tasks.
  • Align with FAIR’s mission of viewpoint diversity and nonpartisan civil rights advocacy.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day administrative and project needs of assigned FAIR program areas.
  • Research relevant policy, cultural, legal, or educational developments.
  • Draft internal memos, briefing documents, and correspondence.
  • Prepare materials for events, webinars, and chapter or member communications.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for program improvement.
  • Complete special projects as assigned by the CFO/COO.
