Requirements

  • Demonstrate basic Spanish proficiency sufficient to read and write simple emails and hold basic conversations.
  • Bring strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Show a proactive approach to improving existing programs.
  • Collaborate with others and be willing to take on challenges.
  • Business, Economics, Project Management, or a related major is desired but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee virtual and in-person program logistics, including seminar schedules, curriculum, speaker selection, online platform registration, day-of logistics, and invoices.
  • Create logistics packets, landing and registration pages, Zoom links, and calendar invites.
  • Communicate with Spanish-speaking partners, educators, and participants to coordinate program details.
  • Maintain accurate reporting in Salesforce.
  • Work with the Senior Programs Associate and Outreach team on new projects, ideas, and initiatives.
  • Track and report relevant KPIs.
