Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM projects.
- Have practical knowledge of PeopleSoft Inventory Management.
- Have practical knowledge of Order Management.
- Have practical knowledge of Warehouse Operations and Manufacturing.
- Have experience gathering and managing business requirements.
- Have experience leading stakeholder workshops.
- Have experience preparing functional specifications, business processes, and user stories.
- Have experience supporting SIT and UAT.
- Have knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and web services.
- Understand supply chain, warehouse, and manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions and clarify requirements with stakeholders.
- Create functional specifications, user stories, and business process maps.
- Work with development teams to define and validate solutions.
- Support SIT and UAT, analyze defects, and coordinate their resolution.
- Participate in deployment planning, user training, and change management.
