Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
- Have five years of systems analysis experience.
- Have 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM.
- Have hands-on experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Inventory Management, Order Management, Warehouse Operations, and Manufacturing modules.
- Have experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
- Have experience facilitating requirements workshops and solution elaboration sessions.
- Have experience creating functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Have experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Have experience supporting integrations between PeopleSoft and external applications.
- Understand APIs, web services, middleware platforms, and data interfaces.
- Have experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Have experience with supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, and inventory management processes.
- Have English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements elaboration activities.
- Develop functional specifications, business process flows, and user stories.
- Collaborate with development teams to define and validate solutions.
- Perform impact analysis and requirements traceability.
- Develop test scenarios and support SIT and UAT execution.
- Manage defect triage and validate resolutions.
- Support deployment planning, training, and change management activities.
