Requirements
- Have proven experience as a System & Business Analyst.
- Have professional experience in the payments, banking, or financial services sector.
- Have practical knowledge of BPMN and UML, including sequence, class, and activity diagrams.
- Have experience working with Enterprise Architect.
- Have good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Understand system integrations and REST APIs.
- Be able to analyze, document, and translate business requirements into system specifications.
- Have English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Have strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Be able to gather information and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Be willing to work in a stable, maintenance-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requests and requirements submitted by clients.
- Perform both business and system analysis, approximately 50% / 50%.
- Gather, clarify, and document business and system requirements with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Create analytical documentation and process/system models using BPMN and UML.
- Analyze system integrations and collaborate on documenting REST APIs.
- Support analysis related to compliance initiatives and regulatory changes.
- Assess the impact of proposed changes on existing solutions and work with technical teams during implementation.
- Elicit knowledge from business experts and coordinate information flow across stakeholders.
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of existing payment solutions.
