Requirements
- Have at least 4 years of commercial experience as a systems analyst.
- Know at least one workflow/low-code platform: Camunda, IBM BAW, Ferryt, or Pega.
- Be able to analyze and solve problems in complex processes.
- Be able to translate business needs into system solutions using available tools.
- Be able to create and read UML and BPMN models.
- Know SQL and REST APIs.
- Know basic programming constructs and the fundamentals of object-oriented design.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with an internal client and analyze their needs.
- Gather requirements and build processes on a banking platform based on IBM FileNet.
- Co-create business documentation and prepare functional documentation.
- Design functionality using available tools.
- Break functionality down into smaller tasks.
- Implement assigned tasks on the platform.
- Perform functional testing and support acceptance testing.
- Support Business Banking processes for corporate clients.
- Automate processes in IWA.
- Work in a self-organizing team using Scrum.
