Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role in the Fund Admin/TA/Investor Services space, with a strong technical background.
- At least 2 years of experience working in agile delivery environments.
- Experience with AML/KYC application migration.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, including leading agile ceremonies and collaborating with cross-functional agile teams.
- Ability to create detailed documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, and conduct gap analysis.
- Collaborate with IT to design and implement feasible technical solutions aligned with business goals.
- Develop data models, workflow diagrams, and system integration specifications.
- Lead and participate in agile ceremonies, and assist with project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, update stakeholders, identify risks, and work with the Application Manager and Scrum Master to manage the product backlog.
- Develop and execute test plans, coordinate testing with QA teams, and help resolve defects.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, provide end-user training and support, and present to stakeholders and senior management.
