Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis or a related role.
- Experience gathering and translating requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Knowledge of process modelling techniques such as BPMN or UML.
- Experience working with technical teams and understanding system-level impacts.
- Understanding of integrations, APIs and data flows.
- Ability to analyse complex problems and facilitate stakeholder discussions.
- Ability to communicate technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, managing backlogs and collaborating across functions.
- Knowledge of Jira/Confluence, product ownership, product strategy or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to analyse, improve and automate company processes.
- Elicit, gather and document requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain user stories, use cases, process flows and activity diagrams.
- Assess the business impact of technical decisions and align them with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Product and technical teams to shape the product roadmap and prioritise features.
- Guide development teams and clarify requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Review test cases, contribute to validation activities and support testing strategies.
- Coordinate triage of incoming requests, bugs and improvement opportunities, and investigate technical issues.
- Manage projects with defined milestones and deliverables, communicating progress, dependencies and risks.
- Create documentation and training materials to support end users adopting new functionality.
