Job Details

Have 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
Provide a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design solutions.
Have hands-on experience with prototyping, wireframing, and usability testing.
Have experience running or supporting client workshops and discovery sessions.
Understand business objectives and align UX efforts with measurable outcomes.
Have excellent English communication skills at minimum B2 level and participate comfortably in English meetings and workshops.
Use AI tools in the design process and be able to explain where they help and where they do not.
Use Figma as the core design tool.
Use Mural for facilitating workshops and collaboration.
Be proactive, take initiative, and solve problems.

Take projects from initial wireframes to developer-ready designs.
Create intuitive, easy-to-use designs with attention to detail.
Use AI tools for research synthesis, copy drafting, concept exploration, and prototyping; test tools and share findings with the team.
Use component libraries and design systems to support consistency and efficiency.
Work with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
Participate in design workshops and discovery sessions to define project scope and rationale.
Present and explain design choices to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to translate business goals into UX strategy and demonstrate the value of UX/UI to clients.
Keep up with industry best practices and emerging UX/UI trends.
