Requirements
- Bring strong UX skills and a consultative mindset.
- Work proactively, challenge assumptions, and propose ways to verify them quickly.
- Have at least one project where research influenced the direction, even without a hard metric.
- Understand the difference between output and outcome and break solutions into smaller steps.
- Design precise flows that account for edge cases.
- Work efficiently in Figma with an existing design system.
- Provide a portfolio link; it is mandatory.
- Include at least one portfolio project describing the problem, decisions made, and what changed.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery from problem definition to decisions, regularly validating experiments with users and using data.
- Design product flows across the consumer app, B2B platform, and other user touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering in the Product Trio.
- Co-create and evaluate conversion experiments with the marketing team, including hypotheses, metrics, and conclusions.
- Help develop the Design System, agile research methods, and operational uses of AI.
- Consult on exploration of new business directions.
