Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer on commercial digital products.
- Demonstrate advanced Figma skills, including variables, auto-layout, components, and design-system creation.
- Have experience conducting research and validating solutions, beyond visual design.
- Use AI practically in day-to-day work, such as Claude, Figma MCP, or AI prototyping tools.
- Understand accessibility principles, including WCAG.
- Know iOS and Android guidelines.
- Understand how frontend development works and collaborate effectively with developers.
- Be comfortable speaking with clients and defending design decisions.
- Have English proficiency of at least B2/C1.
- Provide a portfolio showing a range of design work.
Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery through client workshops, research, and user testing.
- Design UX/UI from wireframes through implementation-ready views for web and mobile.
- Build and develop Figma design systems for large teams.
- Rapidly prototype with AI and validate ideas before development.
- Collaborate closely with developers, PMs, and clients from the start of projects.
- Measure design outcomes using metrics such as conversion, churn, and adoption.
