Requirements
- Have 4+ years of UX/UI design experience.
- Bring extensive experience leading startup design initiatives from inception to launch.
- Be fluent in English at C1 level.
- Integrate product strategy with user experience and focus on product outcomes and user-centered solutions.
- Analyze complex problems, identify underlying issues, and propose well-rounded solutions.
- Have expertise in User-Centered Design, Lean Startup methodologies, and Agile frameworks.
- Be proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Miro.
- Understand mobile design standards and UX patterns.
- Have experience launching new products and managing complex design challenges.
- Communicate and present design decisions clearly, and negotiate solutions aligned with business strategies and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Drive UX/UI design from concept through launch for startup products.
- Integrate design with business strategy.
- Guide design direction from conceptualization through high-fidelity mockups and clickable prototypes.
- Align design solutions with business goals and user needs.
- Lead discussions and presentations with partners and cross-functional stakeholders to gain buy-in and sign-off.
- Collaborate with engineers and external stakeholders to align on product vision and user experience strategies.
- Advocate for advanced design methodologies and tools.
