Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of experience managing projects or programs.
- Know project management methodologies.
- Have experience delivering IT projects.
- Understand the software development lifecycle and implementation methodologies.
- Be able to collaborate effectively in a team and coordinate stakeholders.
- Know PL/SQL and Oracle technologies.
- Know security topics.
- Know how to build and maintain statistical models.
- Have experience with regulatory or compliance projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the project schedule.
- Coordinate collaboration across HR, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams.
- Work with vendors involved in project delivery.
- Monitor project milestones and identify and manage project risks.
- Ensure timely delivery of activities related to regulatory requirements.
- Support solution implementation in line with project management methodologies and the software development process.
