Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of project or program management experience.
- Know project management methodologies.
- Have experience delivering IT projects.
- Understand the software development lifecycle and implementation methodologies.
- Be able to collaborate effectively in a team and coordinate stakeholders.
- Know PL/SQL and Oracle.
- Know Security topics.
- Know how to build and maintain statistical models.
- Have experience with projects involving regulatory requirements or compliance.
- Programming languages for data analysis are a nice-to-have.
- Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Manage the project schedule.
- Coordinate work between HR, IT, Legal and Compliance teams.
- Collaborate with vendors involved in the project.
- Monitor milestones and identify and manage project risks.
- Ensure timely delivery of activities related to regulatory requirements.
- Support implementation in line with project management methods and the software development process.
