Requirements
- Bring a minimum of 4–5+ years of experience in property management maintenance operations.
- Have strong hands-on experience with AppFolio; this is required.
- Have leadership experience managing maintenance teams or departments.
- Have experience supporting larger property management portfolios or scaling maintenance operations.
- Apply systems thinking and process improvement to maintenance operations.
- Bring strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Have a stable internet connection and a remote-ready workstation.
- Be residing in the Philippines or Latin America.
- HVAC, plumbing, appliance troubleshooting, and general maintenance workflow knowledge is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, work order management, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor escalations and implement solutions to improve turnaround times and resident satisfaction.
- Build and implement scalable maintenance workflows and operational systems.
- Establish SOPs, service standards, and maintenance best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and support maintenance coordinators and operational staff.
- Monitor team performance and accountability through KPIs and reporting.
- Manage maintenance workflows, reporting, and tracking within AppFolio.
- Generate reports on maintenance efficiency, service quality, and operational metrics.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and technicians to ensure service completion and compliance.
