Requirements
- Bring experience working in or alongside state or local government agencies.
- Have a successful track record of stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Have experience in account management, product management, political strategy or lobbying, business development, policy, or a similar role.
- Demonstrate problem-solving, creativity, and persistence in challenging environments.
- Build clear, replicable processes and document work effectively.
- Have a successful track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Be comfortable supporting data analysis and technology products.
- Be capable of active and empathetic listening.
- Be willing and able to travel frequently, averaging 3–5 business days per month, including to correctional facilities.
Responsibilities
- Understand, deconstruct, and document the needs of key correctional actors and justice-involved individuals.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and make them feel heard and supported.
- Adapt and deploy core product offerings and ad hoc data analysis capabilities for state partners.
- Communicate specific steps for product managers, user experience designers, data analysts, and implementation engineers.
- Drive partnerships toward impact and financial sustainability.
- Navigate high-intensity experiences with incarcerated individuals and correctional line staff in prison facilities and other challenging environments.
