Experience
Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health

Requirements

  • Hold active national board certification as a WHNP, FNP, or similar.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health.
  • Have experience treating chronic conditions including PCOS, endometriosis, hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s, metabolic syndrome, menopause, fertility, postpartum conditions, PMDD, and obesity.
  • Demonstrate the ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills.
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on compassion and clarity.
  • Be able to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting.
  • Demonstrate commitment to care rooted in current clinical research.
  • Be comfortable using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
  • Hold at least 3 active, unrestricted, unencumbered state licenses.
  • Have at least 2 licenses in CA, NY (autonomous), or FL (autonomous), plus 1 or more in additional states based on forecasted hiring needs.
  • Prior telehealth experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver patient care.
  • Complete required trainings and uphold clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting in a timely manner.
  • Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care.
  • Provide consultations and medical guidance, including prescribing when clinically appropriate.
