Job Details

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions

Hold active national board certification as a WHNP, FNP, or similar.
Have at least 2 consecutive years of Nurse Practitioner experience specializing in women's health.
Have experience treating chronic conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s, metabolic syndrome, menopause, fertility, postpartum conditions, PMDD, and obesity.
Hold at least 3 active, unrestricted, and unencumbered state licenses.
Have at least 2 licenses in CA, NY (autonomous), or FL (autonomous).
Hold one or more additional state licenses based on forecasted hiring needs.
Function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills.
Build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting.
Deliver care rooted in current clinical research.
Be comfortable using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
Prior telehealth experience is a plus.

Conduct thorough patient assessments via video visits.
Develop personalized treatment plans.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
Complete required trainings and uphold clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting in a timely manner.
Respond to patient questions and administrative messages.
Provide consultations and medical guidance, including prescribing when clinically appropriate.
