Have 10+ years of professional experience in reporting, business intelligence, data visualization, or a closely related field.
Bring strong hands-on expertise with Tableau.
Have professional experience with Looker.
Have experience designing and developing reports, dashboards, and interactive data visualizations.
Have strong Python programming skills for data-driven reporting and development workflows.
Have hands-on Claude Code experience, particularly with data pipelines, databases, dashboards, visualizations, and charts.
Understand modern BI, reporting, semantic-layer, and visualization technologies.
Have experience modernizing legacy reporting solutions and migrating dashboards between BI platforms.
Understand data visualization principles and dashboard development best practices.
Be comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment and managing hands-on technical deliverables.
The role is W2 employment; 1099 and C2C arrangements are not accepted.

Build, maintain, and enhance interactive reports and dashboards.
Modernize and migrate existing reports and dashboards from Tableau to Looker while maintaining accuracy, usability, and consistency.
Develop and maintain a universal semantic layer for standardized access to business data.
Use AI capabilities in reporting, visualization, and business intelligence platforms.
Apply Claude Code across data pipelines, databases, visualizations, charts, and reporting workflows.
Develop data-driven reporting solutions using Python and modern BI technologies.
Improve existing reporting and visualization environments.
Translate complex datasets into clear dashboards and business insights.
