Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+years of relevant experience.
- Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations.
- Familiarity with reporting and data analytics concepts.
- Experience supporting testing, troubleshooting, and documentation activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis fundamentals is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Knowledge of dashboard development and reporting best practices is preferred.
- Experience working with integrated data sources is preferred.
- TSA experience is highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements, define performance measures, and determine appropriate data sources.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar visualization platforms.
- Create data visualizations that communicate trends, results, and areas requiring attention.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to support reporting and decision-making.
- Validate dashboard calculations and report outputs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Apply dashboard development and reporting best practices.
