Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have 0–2 years of experience; internships or academic projects are acceptable.
- Have basic knowledge of C# or COBOL.
- Have basic SQL knowledge and understanding of relational database concepts.
- Have exposure to .NET, ASP.NET, REST/SOAP, and JavaScript.
- Be able to attend a two-week on-site Training Workshop at the Indianapolis Office.
- GitHub, JIRA, Postman, or Jenkins exposure is nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Participate in Agile Scrum meetings and sprint activities.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving application and system issues.
- Support incident reviews and documentation.
- Assist with sprint and release deliveries.
- Work with onshore and offshore teams.
- Provide application and technical production support.
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with application upgrades and releases.
- Support application design, development, and testing.
