Requirements

  • Have at least 5 years of professional experience working on digital projects.
  • Demonstrate experience translating business requirements into user-focused digital solutions and technical specifications.
  • Bring strong project planning and project management experience.
  • Have experience with Agile/Scrum practices, including story writing, sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization.
  • Have working knowledge of desktop and mobile web, Android and iOS applications, UX/UI, human factors, user research, prototyping, digital QA, analytics, and digital strategy.
  • Be familiar with digital product development, project management tools, and content management platforms such as Azure DevOps, Strapi, or WordPress.
  • Understand Design Thinking, Information Architecture, taxonomy, mobile application development, and web development best practices.
  • Be able to use data collection and analysis to support problem-solving, prioritization, and product decisions.
  • Have experience with UAT testing, troubleshooting, workflow design, and process planning.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint or Keynote, and Excel.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Human Factors, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Be willing to travel when required by business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital products and initiatives from planning through execution, coordinating deliverables, dependencies, communication, and results tracking.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps and prioritized backlogs aligned with organizational objectives, product strategy, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Drive product growth and optimization across awareness, engagement, adoption, self-service, customer experience, and product maturity.
  • Facilitate customer journey mapping to identify experience gaps, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business objectives and customer needs into prioritized digital initiatives and requirements.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and represent the digital product team in discussions with technology and IT partners.
  • Prioritize and balance work through Agile Azure DevOps boards in collaboration with Scrum, Solutions Architecture, and Technology leads.
  • Coordinate day-to-day work with external agencies, IT partners, vendors, and cross-functional delivery partners.
  • Support digital quality assurance, user acceptance testing, analytics, research, prototyping, and ongoing product improvement.
