Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or business analysis.
- Have 3 years of experience as a product manager, including creating and presenting product roadmaps.
- Have 3 years of experience working in agile product development methodology, such as user stories, scrum teams, and sprints.
- Have 2 years of health care experience.
- Bring project management experience, including creating project plans and resource estimates, identifying dependencies, and documenting and communicating decisions and risks.
- Use Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS SharePoint at an advanced level.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, critical thinking, and the ability to influence others in a matrixed environment.
- Be able to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing needs, and work under tight deadlines.
- Be able to travel up to 10% and work remotely during regular business hours, with occasional extended hours as business needs arise.
- An MBA is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive product growth, profitability, and vision to meet marketplace needs and support the firm’s strategic vision.
- Research the market landscape, industry trends, client and Consultant needs, competitor offerings, market dynamics, and new technologies.
- Coordinate product development, capabilities, features, and enhancements from ideation through on-time release.
- Lead go-to-market activities, including pricing, packaging, branding, and partnership with Marketing.
- Coordinate product launches, product messaging, sales training, and marketing material creation.
- Create and maintain short- and midterm product roadmaps, aligning product positioning with the firm’s vision and strategy.
- Conduct market research and synthesize feedback from current and potential users to inform product strategy and roadmaps.
- Partner with Product Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Consulting, and Business Development teams.
- Conduct voice-of-customer sessions and develop product ideas and requirements with UX when applicable.
- Improve the product launch process and track product development KPIs, revenue, market adoption, and total cost of ownership.
