Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field; equivalent combinations of education and technical experience may be considered.
- Have 5+ years of project management experience within technology consulting or professional services.
- Have working knowledge and experience with Salesforce or MuleSoft platforms and products.
- Salesforce certification is highly desirable.
- Bring experience establishing processes and procedures that improve operational and project management effectiveness.
- Understand stakeholder and end-user needs, business problem analysis, solution development, SDLC methodologies, and structured project lifecycles.
- Be able to lead projects from initiation through completion while managing multiple engagements at different stages.
- Have experience driving service delivery from opportunity analysis and relationship development through delivery strategy and execution.
- Have experience with agile project management approaches.
- Be able to influence and negotiate with stakeholders and establish long-term objectives supported by clear strategies and actions.
- Bring analytical thinking, deductive reasoning, problem-solving ability, and a metrics-driven approach.
- Be organized, self-motivated, collaborative, and effective in complex environments, with strong interpersonal, communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
- Be able to work effectively and professionally from a home-based location in the United States.
- Be flexible to collaborate with global clients across multiple time zones and travel occasionally to client sites or headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana.
- Digital experience or creative design project experience is a plus.
- The role is not open to C2C arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, budget and timeline reports, and issue and risk tracking and mitigation plans.
- Develop project strategies and delivery plans with project and delivery leaders, identifying methodologies, tools, and resources.
- Forecast project resource requirements and communicate staffing needs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project budgets against approved plans and resolve variances with clients and project teams.
- Manage day-to-day project and team operations across multiple engagements, keeping deliverables on track.
- Establish project management processes and best practices while maintaining reporting and delivery standards.
- Evaluate and coordinate scope-change requests to prevent scope creep.
- Ensure deliverable quality through structured planning, execution, quality assurance, and quality control.
- Coach and mentor project teams on agile methodologies and best practices when appropriate.
- Manage client relationships and expectations, identify service-expansion opportunities, and support service delivery from opportunity development through execution.
