Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of experience as an implementation or conversion consultant/manager delivering SaaS projects in wealth management, capital markets, or related financial services.
- Have at least 7 years of project management experience, including responsibility for complex implementation programs.
- Have at least 5 years of team leadership experience, including managing or coordinating teams of up to five resources.
- Demonstrate understanding of the full project lifecycle, implementation governance, controls, risk management, and delivery methodologies.
- Have experience managing large-scale projects with concurrent workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders.
- Have experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with JIRA.
- Have strong analytical capabilities, including experience with SQL and Excel.
- Be able to define control processes and turn project data into clear reporting for senior management and clients.
- Demonstrate strong client-facing skills and the ability to build relationships and communicate project requirements.
- Bring critical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Asset servicing platform experience in wealth management, investment banking, or another financial-services environment is desirable.
- Knowledge of asset servicing processes, corporate actions, tax reporting, reconciliation, and financial-services technology platforms is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, governance, and execution of SaaS implementation projects across the project lifecycle.
- Define testing strategies and coordinate user acceptance testing and other client testing activities.
- Maintain testing data, issue tracking, triage, and reporting, distinguishing product defects from requested changes.
- Plan and coordinate client and internal training, including materials, demonstrations, and hands-on sessions.
- Manage change control, impact analysis, project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate data integration mappings, configuration, migration strategies, runbooks, and mock conversions through go-live.
- Manage implementation resources, task allocation, and matrix or direct team leadership.
- Oversee environment setup, integrations, monitoring, controls, and release management.
- Manage production-readiness checklists and lead reconciliation and production-comparison activities.
- Report to clients and internal stakeholders, escalate issues, and represent implementations in steering committees and working groups.
