Requirements
- Have experience in crypto/blockchain companies or venture capital research.
- Be familiar with on-chain data platforms.
- Be able to interpret blockchain data.
- Have strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and crypto market dynamics.
- Be able to communicate complex information clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Be self-driven, with a strong work ethic and a high level of initiative.
- Be able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related area is a plus.
- CFA is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of crypto projects across various sectors.
- Produce project reports and risk assessments that provide a holistic understanding of each project and its potential risks.
- Analyze and synthesize trends from internal data and public blockchain information.
- Engage with project teams and industry professionals to gather relevant insights.
- Assess market developments and projects with strong attention to detail.
- Stay informed about market trends, opportunities, risks, and emerging projects.
