Requirements

  • Have 7+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, financial communications, or a related field.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Bring a strong understanding of financial statements, business performance, valuation concepts, and capital markets.
  • Have experience preparing investor presentations and financial communications.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office, financial-analysis tools, and presentation software.
  • Communicate complex financial information clearly to investors and stakeholders.
  • Have strong written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Demonstrate analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Bring professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience in distribution, consumer technology, retail, or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Sierra Select’s investor-relations strategy in alignment with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective investors and financial stakeholders.
  • Prepare investor presentations, financial updates, company announcements, and other investor communications.
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of investor reports and management updates.
  • Communicate company performance, business strategy, growth opportunities, and key developments to investors.
  • Monitor investor feedback, market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity.
  • Work with Finance, Accounting, Executive Leadership, and other departments to ensure accurate and consistent financial messaging.
  • Support investor meetings, presentations, conference calls, and other stakeholder events.
  • Track and analyze investor sentiment, market activity, and relevant financial indicators.
  • Support fundraising, capital-markets, strategic partnership, or financing initiatives as needed.
