Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
- Be able to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Be passionate about helping others.
- Obtain a P&C license within 60 days after starting; the company will pay for the license.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers.
- Process service requests, including adding or removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents.
- Answer questions about existing insurance policy coverage and benefits, and make policy changes.
- Find solutions for customers at risk of cancellation to help retain Jerry policyholders.
