- Demonstrate communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Use a data-driven approach focused on measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior GTM leaders to design and execute strategies that modernize revenue operations through Gong’s AI Operating System.
- Map customer processes to AI-driven workflows tied to revenue outcomes.
- Execute adoption initiatives that drive behavior change and embed Gong into daily team rhythms.
- Use data-driven insights to quantify business outcomes and demonstrate Gong’s ROI and strategic value.
- Own renewal strategy and execution, partnering with cross-functional teams on growth.
- Partner with internal teams throughout the customer journey to support an exceptional customer experience.
