- Bring 10+ years of experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
- Have a track record of owning relationships with senior VP and C-suite stakeholders.
- Own value and ROI conversations with customers.
- Use a data-driven mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Leverage internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, and executive teams to drive customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior GTM leaders to design and execute strategies that modernize revenue operations through Gong’s AIOS.
- Map current-state customer processes to AI-driven workflows tied to revenue outcomes.
- Execute adoption initiatives that drive behavior change and embed Gong into daily team rhythms.
- Use data-driven insights to quantify business outcomes and demonstrate Gong’s ROI and strategic value.
- Own renewal strategy and execution, partnering with cross-functional teams on growth.
- Partner with internal teams throughout the customer journey to support an exceptional customer experience.
