Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of proven experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
- Have experience working with Financial Services customers or working in the Financial Services industry.
- Demonstrate a track record of owning relationships with senior VP and C-suite stakeholders.
- Own value and ROI conversations with customers.
- Bring communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Use a data-driven approach focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior GTM leaders in Financial Services to design and execute strategies that modernize revenue operations through Gong’s AIOS.
- Map current-state Financial Services customer processes to AI-driven workflows that translate to revenue outcomes.
- Execute adoption initiatives that drive behavior change and embed Gong into daily team rhythms.
- Use data-driven insights to quantify business outcomes and demonstrate Gong’s ROI and strategic value.
- Own renewal strategy and execution, partnering with cross-functional teams on growth.
- Partner with internal teams to support the customer experience throughout the customer journey.
