Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a learning and development role.
  • Experience designing and implementing leadership development initiatives at multiple organizational levels is preferred.
  • Experience driving enterprise-wide development programs aligned to business strategy is preferred.
  • Background in organizational development, talent management, or leadership development is preferred.
  • Proven success managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders is preferred.
  • Familiarity with competency models, leadership frameworks, and career architecture is preferred.
  • Experience using talent data to measure program effectiveness and inform recommendations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and organizational effectiveness practices is preferred.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and presenting recommendations to stakeholders is preferred.
  • Supply chain or other operational environment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise development programs across AmAPAC.
  • Partner with senior business leaders, HR, and Talent Development teams to identify capability gaps and create development strategies aligned to business priorities.
  • Conduct organizational needs assessments and translate business requirements into scalable learning and development solutions.
  • Design and manage leadership and professional development programs, learning pathways, and career growth experiences.
  • Consult with leaders on development planning, succession readiness, talent acceleration, and leadership pipeline strategies.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to create and curate learning content.
  • Lead high-visibility development initiatives and manage multiple projects while balancing stakeholder expectations and business objectives.
  • Establish, monitor, and communicate success metrics, including promotion rates, internal mobility, retention, leadership strength, participation, and program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with global and regional partners to keep development programs relevant, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
