Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have at least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Have experience troubleshooting issues and understand the importance of owning the customer resolution.
- Have excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Be comfortable using computers, sitting at a desk, and working with multiple monitors.
- Be results-oriented and comfortable providing customers with recommendations and solutions.
- Be comfortable working from home and have a suitable workspace with a hard-wired internet connection.
- Be available to work between 7 AM and 12 AM EST, with flexibility as business needs change.
- Pass pre-employment tests and an interview.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls about billing, payments, existing and new services, promotional offers, and service upgrades or downgrades.
- Identify customer needs through active listening and answer questions.
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend products based on customer needs.
- Take ownership of customer service problems and their resolution.
- Use multiple computer systems to research products, services, common issues, and available solutions.
- Document customer needs, interactions, and outcomes in the appropriate system.
- Create additional requests when issues cannot be resolved in real time.
- Attend regular one-to-one coaching sessions with a supervisor and meet key performance indicators.
