Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years in automation, workflow development, RPA, or low-code technology roles.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate cloud and desktop flows.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience troubleshooting, enhancing, and supporting production automations.
- Knowledge of process improvement and workflow design.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Preferred: experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, AI Builder, or Power BI.
- Preferred: familiarity with Microsoft 365 integrations such as SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Preferred: experience with APIs, connectors, and third-party integrations.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate cloud and desktop flows.
- Build workflows that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase process consistency.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and business goals, and translate requirements into technical designs.
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain existing automations.
- Build solutions with exception handling, resiliency, logging, and supportability.
- Apply Power Platform governance, security, compliance, documentation, connector, and deployment standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, support guides, test plans, and release notes; perform unit testing and support integration testing and UAT.
- Contribute reusable components and best practices, and support user guidance and adoption.
