Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, information systems, or a related field.
- Python or similar analytical programming experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate business questions into data-driven analysis.
- 100% fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- SQL experience is preferred.
- Experience with reporting, visualization, analytics, or business intelligence tools is preferred.
- Experience in lending or financial services, business-user support, or data reconciliation is preferred.
- AI-assisted analysis or coding experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support business teams with reporting, data analysis, and day-to-day data requests.
- Prepare and maintain recurring management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and other analytical outputs.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to answer business questions and support operational and management decision-making.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and data needs and translate them into analytical requirements.
- Investigate data questions, discrepancies, and reporting issues, and coordinate resolution with data or technology teams.
- Review reporting outputs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Support the development and documentation of enterprise KPIs, metric definitions, and reporting standards.
- Help business users use available data, reports, and self-service analytical tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve, simplify, and automate recurring reporting and analytical processes.
- Assist with testing and validating reports, datasets, metrics, and analytical products.
