Requirements

  • Have 6+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in payment networks, fintech, financial crime, identity, or data platform products.
  • Have experience shipping APIs or developer-facing products.
  • Be fluent in authentication, scoped credentials, and audit logging.
  • Have hands-on experience with AI agents and the infrastructure that supports them.
  • Have working knowledge of financial crime, including fraud, AML, and investigation workflows.
  • Have experience building within regulatory constraints on data use.
  • Bring strong analytical skills and comfort querying data to inform decisions.
  • Write clear specifications and communicate with engineers, lawyers, and bank executives.
  • Familiarity with 314(b), GLBA, or FCRA is ideal.
  • Experience with consortium, data cooperative, or information-sharing products is a bonus.
  • Background in entity resolution or graph-based investigation is a bonus.
  • Prior experience at a bank, payments network, or compliance technology vendor is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Sonar roadmap and build infrastructure for institutional collaboration, identity and trust, investigation, and distribution.
  • Write and maintain technical specifications, integration playbooks, and documentation for member and partner integrations.
  • Translate 314(b), GLBA, FCRA, and BSA constraints into product requirements, including purpose limitation, data handling, and audit.
  • Work directly with Legal on implementation questions.
  • Partner with Engineering on the data and platform architecture for Sonar.
  • Work with fraud, AML, and investigations teams at member institutions to understand analyst workflows.
  • Define and track member adoption, inquiry volume and response rates, time to answer, and quality of agent usage.
  • Work with BD, Sales, and Partnerships to bring new institutions and platform partners onto Sonar.
