Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of recent outbound appointment-setting experience.
- Have recent phone-based appointment-setting experience in field or virtual sales.
- Be confident handling objections.
- Have a reliable home office setup.
- Have a strong internet connection.
- Commit to at least 35–40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified prospects; this is not cold calling.
- Follow established scripts and processes to secure appointments.
- Book appointments for licensed sales agents.
- Log each call and interaction accurately in the CRM.
- Handle objections and maintain a high conversion rate.
