Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in product design or equivalent experience.
- Provide a portfolio showing end-to-end design work on digital products.
- Bring strong interaction design skills, including sketching, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Be proficient in Figma and experienced working within a component-based design system.
- Have experience designing data-heavy interfaces such as tables, dashboards, reports, or settings pages.
- Have experience using AI tools in design work, such as Claude, ChatGPT, V0, or Figma AI, and be able to write effective prompts.
- Have front-end development experience or experience prototyping in code with AI tools.
- Be interested in designing AI features and understand the usability and trust issues they can create.
- Understand and have an interest in cybersecurity, online privacy, and open source.
- Be able to turn complex requirements into clear, usable workflows.

- Nice to have experience designing B2B or enterprise SaaS products, especially admin consoles, and data visualization or reporting.
- Nice to have familiarity with identity and access management concepts such as SSO, SCIM, and role-based access control.
- Nice to have experience designing for IT administrators, security teams, or managed service providers, and familiarity with Angular component libraries and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Design experiences for administrators of Teams and Enterprise organizations in the Admin Console and for managed service providers in the Provider Portal.
- Improve how administrators set up organizations, invite and manage members, organize groups and collections, and control access.
- Design policy and configuration settings, including single sign-on (SSO), user provisioning, and directory sync.
- Design reports and dashboards, including Access Intelligence, to help administrators identify weak, reused, or exposed credentials and prioritize risk.
- Design event logs and activity views that support audits and investigations.
- Make large amounts of data easy to scan, filter, and act on.
- Create user flows, prototypes, and production-ready designs using the Bitwarden design system.
- Use AI design tools to support research, ideation, rapid prototyping, and iteration.
- Collaborate with product teams on emerging product concepts, including agentic workflows.
- Help run administrator interviews and usability tests, review customer feedback, and present work in design critiques and to product and engineering partners.
