Requirements
- Have 7+ years of software development experience, with a strong backend development background.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
- Have strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Understand relational databases, including PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Have experience designing and developing scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Understand software architecture and design patterns.
- Have experience building backend services with high availability and scalability requirements.
- Be able to model and design intuitive, scalable schemas.
- Have experience with agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Be motivated to use new AI tools and technologies.
- AWS cloud platforms and DevOps practices are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze product requirements and provide feedback.
- Implement features and functionality using clean, maintainable code.
- Maintain software quality through functional testing and automated unit tests.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide resolutions.
- Recommend improvements based on production issues.
- Contribute across the stack, including UI, API development, integrations, and infrastructure, with a primary focus on backend development.
- Build and enhance investment and financial product experiences.
