Requirements

  • Have worked as an analyst in investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate finance, or capital advisory.
  • Have built investor or buyer lists on live processes.
  • Know how to qualify a long list of potential investors and explain the process.
  • Be able to write short, specific messages to investors that prompt a reply.
  • Maintain a high pace without letting quality slip.
  • Follow a process without needing reminders.
  • Treat discretion as second nature.
  • Use AI tools daily and exercise judgment about where they improve work and where they could compromise its quality.

Responsibilities

  • Build and qualify investor lists for each opportunity by stage, sector, check size, and recent activity.
  • Write tailored messages to investors and turn replies into calls.
  • Book qualified investors into meetings with founders.
  • Give investors the context they need before meetings.
  • Log every conversation, meeting, and outcome accurately.
