  • Have built investor or buyer lists on live processes.
  • Know how to qualify a list and explain the process used to build it.
  • Write short, specific messages to investors.
  • Maintain a high pace without letting quality slip.
  • Follow a process without needing reminders.
  • Treat discretion as second nature.
  • Use AI tools daily and exercise judgment about where they improve work and where they could compromise quality.

Responsibilities

  • Build and qualify investor lists for each opportunity based on stage, sector, check size, and recent activity.
  • Write tailored messages to investors and turn replies into calls.
  • Book qualified investors into meetings with founders.
  • Provide investors with context before meetings.
  • Log every conversation, meeting, and outcome accurately.
