Requirements

  • Have worked as an analyst in investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate finance, or capital advisory.
  • Have built investor or buyer lists on live processes.
  • Be able to explain how you qualify a long list of potential investors or buyers.
  • Write short, specific messages to investors that encourage a reply.
  • Maintain a high pace without letting quality slip.
  • Follow a process without needing reminders.
  • Treat discretion as second nature.
  • Use AI tools daily and exercise judgement about where they improve work and where they may compromise its quality.

Responsibilities

  • Build and qualify investor lists for each opportunity by stage, sector, check size, and recent activity before outreach.
  • Write tailored messages to investors and turn replies into calls.
  • Book qualified investors into meetings with founders.
  • Provide investors with the context they need before meetings.
  • Log every conversation, meeting, and outcome accurately.
