Requirements
- Have sold a financial, advisory, or capital-markets service to founders or executives.
- Be able to walk through a deal you won.
- Read a company's revenue, burn, runway, round structure, and committed capital quickly.
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline and know your conversion rates.
- Set expectations without promising an outcome or overselling.
- Handle objections about price and fit directly and without pressure.
- Use AI tools daily and exercise judgment about where they improve or compromise work quality.
Responsibilities
- Run first calls with founders and assess their companies and whether Pairs can help.
- Qualify who is raising, who makes the decision, and what the raise needs.
- Present Pairs’ process and fees clearly and book the next step during the call when there is a fit.
- Run platform-tier demos and close sales when that option is a better fit for founders.
- Write a clear read of the company for the person handling the next step.
- Log every founder conversation accurately and follow up until there is a clear outcome.
