Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in project management, managing projects from inception to completion.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Bring experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project timelines and budgets.
- Have experience delivering projects within scope and quality standards.
- Have experience with resource management and scheduling.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
- PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Experience with Certinia Professional Services Automation tools is a plus.
- Be able to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client-facing healthcare cybersecurity consulting engagements against project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Support PMO operations by implementing governance standards, processes, and supporting technologies.
- Develop project and program plans with Consulting Services colleagues.
- Track project progress and performance, and report timeline, budget, or deliverable-quality risks and issues.
- Lead internal and external meetings, manage communications, and coordinate activities among clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, and documentation.
- Coordinate internal resources with Project Owners and Leads, and confirm execution of Statements of Work.
- Maintain project-system updates for revenue forecasting, including scheduling, budgeting, and hours tracking.
- Monitor milestones and customer acceptance, collaborate with Finance on invoicing or revenue reporting, and provide backlog analysis.
- Analyze and improve Consulting Services operational processes and contribute to performance-metric reporting.
