Requirements
- Have 2+ years of phone sales, inside sales, or call center sales experience.
- Demonstrate success closing higher-value products or services through a consultative sales process.
- Have experience working toward individual sales goals, quotas, or KPIs.
- Bring strong discovery, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Be comfortable working in a high-volume phone environment and navigating multiple systems.
- Have reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- High-ticket or full-cycle sales experience is preferred.
- Commission-based sales experience is preferred.
- Experience selling services, memberships, education, insurance, automotive, home services, or other considered-purchase offerings is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound conversations with prospective customers.
- Discover each customer's goals, needs, and barriers.
- Recommend the appropriate dog training program.
- Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
