Requirements
- Have 7–12 years of enterprise B2B SaaS or technology sales experience.
- Demonstrate a track record of consistently exceeding new-business revenue targets.
- Bring experience in enterprise hunting, account research, lead generation, outbound prospecting, and new-logo acquisition.
- Have experience selling enterprise software into North American and European markets.
- Have managed complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Demonstrate commercial negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Have experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- Preferred experience includes selling within the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem and familiarity with Microsoft CSP, Azure, Microsoft 365, cloud commerce, or subscription-based platforms.
- Preferred knowledge of MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN Selling, or Solution Selling.
Responsibilities
- Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual new-business revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and close strategic opportunities with Microsoft Direct Bill Partners, Indirect Providers, and other enterprise cloud organizations.
- Research target accounts, decision-makers, buying centres, and business opportunities.
- Build account penetration strategies and generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, partner engagement, and industry events.
- Manage the enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposals, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Deliver executive presentations, product demonstrations, business cases, and ROI-driven proposals.
- Develop territory strategies and identify opportunities from market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Maintain CRM records, prepare sales forecasts, and participate in pipeline reviews and deal strategy sessions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Solution Engineering, Partner Success, and Leadership on sales strategies, market intelligence, and customer acquisition.
